2. Was my payment successful?

Once your order has been fully processed and your card has been authorized, the payment will be made immediately and you will receive a confirmation email or SMS (depending on the contact information you provided) that your order has been successfully charged.

3. Why was my payment declined?

When a payment is declined, it is usually due to one of three reasons.

  1. There are insufficient funds in your account.
  2. The card you are using is not issued in the country from which you are making the purchase.
  3. Your bank does not allow the payment for security reasons.

How to use coupon codes?

To apply coupons to your order during checkout, follow these simple steps. After entering the coupon code, click "Apply" and the discount will be automatically applied to the order total. It is important to note that if you do not click "Apply" before proceeding with payment, the order total will not be reduced by the coupon discount.

Notes:

  • Make sure to enter the coupon code exactly as received, without spaces before, inside, or after. To avoid errors, we recommend copying and pasting the promotional code you received.

  • Coupons cannot be combined; therefore, you can use only one coupon code per order.

  • Coupons are subject to the terms of the offer. Please note that some items on our website may be excluded from coupon discounts.
